We recently purchased some furniture from Schreiter's and the process could not have been more pleasant. The staff was very helpful but not pushy or aggressive. Their inventory was quite interesting and fairly priced. During our visit, we noticed a line of floor lamps one of which we had purchased elsewhere many years ago. We mentioned that ours no longer worked and they offered to send it back to the manufacturer for an overhaul. A month or so later, we got a call from Paul Schreiter to say the light was back, was repaired and there was no charge. We will be looking for a new sofa in the near future and there will be no doubt as to where we will be shopping.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who let you browse, but are helpful and honest the minute you need them. Kristen was particularly terrific. She listened to what we did/didn't want in a sofa and actually redirected us to a slightly less expensive option because it had more of the features we were looking for. We loved more items under one roof than in any of the (at least 10) stores we've visited in Southwestern Ontario! We'll be back for more!

Nice new building filled with higher end furniture. amazing staff, first furniture store I've ever seen that offers you coffee and cookies, they were all super Accommodating of our two little kids (while some of the other local furniture stores have signs out basically shaming parents into not bringing their children.) I definitely recommend you make schreiters a stop on your furniture travels!
