Best place for furniture. Management will go out of their way to help customers save money while buying the best possible furniture.

First I will address my experience with Noble. Then I will share my opinion on some of the reviews that didn't help me. I am an avid and tough reviewer, I worked in retail electronics for a long time and pretty dam hard to please as most tell me. I use to shop exclusively at Stoney Creek Furniture until I moved. Anyways, Noble Furniture, extremely fair and professional from my experience. Inside the store could be touched up as long as the prices stay the same. Their custom made my furniture for me, that alone is a big + for me. Quality is better than the garbage you pay lots f money for at Ashley, Brick and Leon's etc. I also speak from experience on that. Tempur-Pedic mattresses have a warranty on their site that Leon's would not honour. For them to honor the in-home trying of my 2,300.00 mattress, I was told I HAD TO and MUST BUY THEIR 100.00 mattress pad from them ONLY to honor the warranty, doesn't matter if I use it or not. There is no mention of this on Tempur-Pedic site for their warranty to be honoured. If you return the mattress, well guess what, you're out 100.00 because that cannot be return, whether you use it or not. Anyways enough about my Leon's experience, got my Tempur-Pediced bed elsewhere . Now back to Noble, they deliver, set up properly, take away all the wrappings, yes others do that too but they had me sit and try it, explained care and warranty all before they left, so a little more that the minimum wage deliver guys who just drop and go. Noble promise me that my sofa and love seat wont sag, and a year later through extensive use, no sag. Yesss. When I cleaning one day I notice a thread, took a picture and called, I was told not to pull on it, the next week someone came to fix it. Turned out it wasn't connected to any stitching. So warranty wise that work out for me also. My set still looks brand new. I am sorry to hear warranty didn't work out for others. Retail warranties tend not to cover above normal wear and tear, I guess common sense dictates that no company that wants to stay in business to long will do that unless you pay significant for that kind of warranty. We go to specialty like Noble for personalize service after going to the other stores I mentioned after getting crappy prices that have to go through multi-levels of management and or crappy service. Just be reasonable its a great advantage to be dealing with an owner and operator. You will never see or speak to the owner of Leon's Brick or Ashley. Now,one word reviews, dictates personality conflict and just complaining, probably not the best place for that. Be honest like some and speak your mind about the product and service that will help others after all product, price and service is mainly the reason you went there for. I'm not discounting others reviews but if you take the time to review a few lines would help. As I was driving by a few days ago, I notice they gave their store a face lift, hope that extended into the inside also.
