READ THE FINE PRINT VERY CAREFULLY!!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a sofa almost a month ago, and was told to set a delivery date almost 4 weeks out to guarantee delivery. I called the day before the delivery was scheduled and was told I would receive a call in the morning confirming a 4 hour window of delivery. No call came, so I called back. The warehouse did not even have my sofa in stock. They were unable to provide any estimate of when they would be receiving it. I asked about getting my money back so I could purchase a sofa elsewhere (there was now some urgency to this, as guests were coming) I was told "All sales are final." My bad for assuming, when I agreed to that, that it meant I couldn't return the item if I was dissatisfied with it. I had no idea it meant I couldn't get my money back if I didn't get the item. (Turns out items that are ordered can take three months to arrive... something they neglect to mention to you when they make the sale.) They are happy taking your money setting a bogus delivery date, and then you are stuck when it doesn't arrive. The best they can do down the road is "Store Credit" just their way of saying "too bad... we still get your money." Stores who offer a "No Refund" policy only do so because they have to. Any reputable store would be happy to refund money on goods not delivered. (Will be bringing in my patio chairs for my guests to sit on). Trying to reach customer service at head office was a nightmare. After calling FIVE times, I kept getting transferred to the wrong departments and disconnected. The manager says he will call back, but doesn't. **Funny... when I went into the store to deal with this in person, another irate customer came in because he was getting the run around as well!!

Will never buy here again. Tell us they will deliver this date, Then they fail to do so. Customer service calls us and tells us it will be over a month till furniture is delivered. Then when it is delivered, it is damaged!!! Missing one chair to our dining room table still to this day. We ordered over 2 months ago. Worst customer servic ever. DO NOT BUY HERE. We are still waiting for furniture.

Unfortunately I can’t rate the quality of my purchased item, because I never received it. Ordered a couch from this location last month and was told the delivery and installation was scheduled for today. When I called the establishment to find out what was happening with my delivery they told me that they do not have the couch, and gave me no information on when they would have it. Oh, and to top it all off there are no refunds... but tell me how on earth do I even try to refund something that I NEVER GOT IN THE FIRST PLACE??? This is by far the WORST customer service I’ve ever received. The managers won’t speak to me and when we talk to the head office they tell me there’s nothing they can do. Please take this as a warning... don’t do business with Bad Boy Ancaster. They say nobody does business better than Bad Boy, when in reality literally ANYBODY else does business better.

Fantastic!!! Would go back in a heartbeat and would recommend to everyone. Furniture arrived on time, had confirmation phone call as to exact delivery time. Furniture was set up and put in place quickly and professionally. And, all the boxes were cut up and were taken away with the delivery van. I was so, so impressed. Got great prices on all three pieces I purchased. Love, love, love Bad Boy!!!

Manager Anthony took really good care of us. Got great service and best prices in the area. We bought 6 appliances that were delivered on time in pristine condition. Can definitely recommend this location.
