Don't bother shopping here. Even if you order online, the product will never show up, and they'll still charge you for it. Edit: this is the second time I've cancelled an order because it has taken far longer than promised. The first time was a lamp, which took a month longer than the anticipated delivery date. Additionally, they told me I would be refunded in 2-5 business days. It has been almost 6 business days, and I have yet to be refunded.

Great selection of product in store. Staff were very pleasant and friendly as well. The store would benefit from more staff though. Waited a while to get served at the front desk (no problem, I’ve worked retail I get it), but to have one person working the desk at a “distribution centre” type store seems wild. Phone ringing non-stop as well. Glad I wasn’t in her shoes to be honest. Only one staff member at the back as well that brings up product.. again, for a “distribution centre” store I think they would benefit by hiring more people to streamline the experience. Great product though at an unbeatable price.

Me and my fiance came here last night excited to buy some light fixtures and do some shopping for our first home. We walked in, the store looks great and the things we wanted were displayed nicely. Well, that's about the only positive. We decided on some light fixtures we wanted to purchase and then walked around trying to find an associate. There were only 2 associates in the store, one at cash and the other with a customer. So, we patiently waited and then a guy named Colin helped us. This guy had no soul and was the most non-energetic person I've ever encountered. Anyways, we tell him the fixtures we want and he goes "uhh we don't have them." He then explains they're on back order and we could get them in late August. Then, he recalls a woman earlier wanted the same ones and he sent her to Burlington so basically "if we get there before her" we might be able to get our fixtures. He then changed his mind and said if we called we might be able to see if they have them in stock. Well, we told him to call and he reluctantly did. He then disappears for 15 minutes while we patiently wait again. We look for him, and see him with other customers. FINALLY, he comes back and tells us he couldn't get a hold of the other store in Burlington. We had enough and walked out angry. As first time home-buyers looking to spend money at Structube, they lost our business. We went over to Home Depot, paid almost double for what we wanted but were treated as we should've been. I won't be back here and I'll tell everyone not to go here. The place gave me a Target vibe (nothing in stock, false expectations, low staff, brutal customer service and energy.)

The store is laid out nicely, clean and bright. I spent 30 min waiting to speak to someone, and after 30 min I left and shopped online instead. The store wasn't overly busy but the associates didn't really seemed interested in helping.

I can only tell you that we have been there twice. First and last time. The service is absolutely terrible. You need to train your staff and hire people who can sell not sweep floors and dust and call you "dear". Great stuff, Ancaster store is lacking leadership and proper staffing. Enough said. We won't be back.
