Visited the store on Sept 13th, I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase but did have some questions which were answered by Brandon Weaver. Since I wanted a white 4 coil burner, self cleaning stove, there was not a huge choice but Brandon was very polite and helpful. sale went very smoothly and I am a happy customer.

I have had amazing experiences here in dealing with Tatyana for all my purchases, however, with both large purchases I have had awful experiences with delivery. I have tried to reach out to customer service to discuss my concerns and no one has gotten back to me, even after I checked 'yes' to having a Brick team member contact me. Both of my deliveries were at least 1 hour delayed outside the delivery window. I understand a delivery window has to be given. What I don't appreciate is being given a delivery window that is then completely disregarded with no thought to customer service. I had to phone the Brick store to inquire about when my delivery would show up, as the delivery window provided ended at 1515 and it was 1600 with no communication as to reasoning for a delay. I also understand that the delivery can be held up with whatever is happening at other customers' homes. However, a simple phone call would help communicate this delay. My delivery didn't arrive until 1645. I had to delay plans for the evening due to the zero communication provided. I merely suggest either 1. Decreasing the amount of deliveries expected per delivery window 2. Communication to the customer to at least alert them of this delay I am further disappointed in the lack of customer service I have experienced in communicating this concern. Delivery is a service that I paid for in addition to the product, and the fact that this poor customer service occurred on two separate occasions 6 months apart leads me to believe it is a long standing issue in need of resolution.

Bought all new appliances two and a half years ago nothing but repairs and headaches dishwasher 4 new pumps and circuit board...I'm lucky I work from home or I would have been fired

Today i get time to just put my views here, wait almost 45 days for delivery of the product and it was not in good shape. big scratch on head board and one side there is no hole. It was really painful to call them all the time they will tell you to call you back but in never happens with us. it was a party at my house and entire house was a mess bcz all boxes were open we are following with them, told them that this the situation. when we called them fourth time then the offer 250 refund on purchase of 1600 hundred. so i have to become a handy man and done hole and assembled my self. we already paid 70$ labor for assembling that. i should read the reviews first before going there. it is a BIG NAME WITH NO CUSTOMER VALUE. They have to be on top of customer service. bcz i paid for a new product and it is like a refurbished one...............

Pushy sales people, over priced even at sale prices. I rarely shop with this company. 2 beds that I bought for my 2 oldest kids broke within 6 months. They told me I was out of luck when it clearly was a defect. So I went elsewhere and bought different beds. I avoid if I can.
