My husband Mark and I had an amazing experience. We had driven to numerous Brick stores all across the GTA with poor service and product knowledge and upon a pleasant phone conversation with an associate at this location, we drove here from Mississauga. Mary had helped us with a specific piece of recently discontinued patio furniture, and was able to locate another piece at their warehouse. Erik was a great help with our transaction. We definitely recommend the drive here, the costumer service is above and beyond. Thanks again!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Paul was such a pleasure to work with. He provided us with all the facts we needed and made sure we knew the quality of what we were purchasing. We also dealt with Steve and Eric. When my furniture arrived at my home and didn't fit up the stairs Steve gave us multiple options and even made sure my new furniture arrived within the week. I even received a call from Paul to make sure we had everything sorted around with the new furniture. I won't go anywhere else in the future. With the amazing selection and incredible customer experience I highly recommend giving this store a visit! Thanks again gentleman!

I can only say good things about this place. Not only was there good furniture with a good variety to look at, but the service I got was amazing. I'm currently on my way to move to Edmonton where my Girlfriend and I bought our new home. Every other furniture store I've been to, I felt almost harassed by Salesmen who are just focused on making a sale. Paul, at The Brick Outlet here in Hamilton IS the guy you gotta speak with. Not only does he make you feel comfortable, but you see that his intentions are to make sure you're happy with what you get. If the price isn't right, he'll do his best to try to make it better for you. He is a prime example of a good employee that's looking out for the business and customers.

This place is one of my favourite places to shop, my 2 favourite people is pat and Eric, they’re the reason why myself and my family still shop there. They made us so comfortable to a point where we text pat for the items we want when we go in all we have to do is make the payment and walk out satisfied , they also help a lot with the prices which is amazing. Most importantly they are not push and lie about the item they make sure you get exactly what you pay for. Love love this place Thanks pat and Eric for an amazing service. Highly appreciate it.:)
