The best surprise ever! Great quality at a fair price. Manager, Mark is outstanding! Jennifer was awesome! TV person was somewhat overbearing, treating me like I was HIS client...way to overbearing for me. However, everyone else was super! Highly recommend!

I went to lowes. And got greeted by one of the most beautiful women I've seen in a long time so it was a good start lol. Got a couch regular 900 for 450. Awesome deal half price. When I was there I found out Leon's owns the brick so make sure you shop around . When I was looking I found the. Pretty expensive. But all very good quality and if you get it on sale it's a good deal. I had very fast service and sales person was knowledgeable as well as cute. I was in and out super fast. The delivery was booked a week later and they came on time. Very friendly safe and no damage to house. Great job

Terrible experience! Sales tells me I only have to attach the front legs at the front of the chairs. THE WHOLE THING NEEDED TO BE ASSEMBLED.Sure Leons offers assembly package...but this was not offered to me. Tools provided didn’t last to complete the assembly-not even close. Issue with chair pad-customer service basically stated I am on the back burner because they are too busy with NEW customers. Not important if you already did a purchase.. Note: you are stuck with all garbage too

If I could give no star I would. Stay away from this location! Purchasing the furniture was a breeze. They were friendly and polite. Once they have your money, if any issues arise they are slow to resolve them and their customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE. I purchased 4 items. My couch and coffee table were delivered. When the other two chairs did not arrive, I called on numerous occasions. I even went in personally to try to figure out what was happening. Every time I got the same response... “we’ll check with the warehouse and give you a call back.” After almost two months of waiting, out of frustration I finally called and cancelled the order. The rep I spoke to mentioned that the transaction would be reversed and that the money would be refunded to my account. After waiting and checking my account for over a week, I decided to call again. Their response, “the refund has been here waiting for you to come in and sign for it.” Seriously? At what point would I have been notified that I had to come in. If I didn’t call AGAIN, I would not have known. When I spoke to the manager about things all I was given was an apology....no compensation...nothing. While you sat on my money (almost a thousand dollars) I had to pay interest and all you can give me is an apology. Seriously? Terrible experience. Find somewhere else to shop.

My father went in and bought a couch and loveseat and was told the next week they would be calling for delivery. When I hadn’t heard anything I called in to get an update and now we are being told end of October! You should really train your sales staff not to give a date if you can’t actually follow through with it. I won’t even get started on the extremely rude customer service people that handle the phone calls. I will not be referring anyone and if you should happen to get Cindy don’t trust what she says, she clearly has no problem lieing through her teeth. Tells my father next week, our bill says 4-6 and then over the phone says atleast 6-8 weeks. Cancel your orders before you run into a headache. TERRIBLE SERVICE
