My new bed arrived yesterday. In the past I haven't had the best experience with the Brick but after receiving terrible service at both best buy(for speakers) and Leon's (where I did not spend my money) it was refreshing to visit the brick. It was my first visit to this location and I recommend talking Manny for all your bedding needs. He was so helpful, showed me all the sales, helped me to get free delivery and a warranty that suites my needs. I get that saleman are there to sell but I was there to buy and wanted someone who would help me make the correct decision. I had the best sleep ever last night. Thanks again for you help. I'll be back.

The employees here care about treating their customers right. The sales associates are as accommodating as you will find at any furniture store. I've worked in the furniture business and been part of the sales floor jungle. The Brick seems to be more civilized an environment than your standard sales floor. There is an element of respecfulness, both among the sales associates, as well as directed towards the customers which is very refreshing to have witnessed. I, personally, am a huge fan of the whole operation.

Horrible experiance. We went in during one of their VIP sales and the prices and rates we were told were incorrect. Once we actually made the deal there was an issue with them applying the correct deductions. Good thing we worked out the numbers ourselves. Once all that was sorted out, they cant seem to honour their scheduled delivery date. We set a date and they said it's fine and yet they keep calling and are angry we are not taking possession. We dont even have our house yet. they called about 3 to 4 times and are forcing delivery early. Wont shop here ever again.

I purchased 5 pieces May 31. It took until August 3rd to finally have them arrive ... They came broken the first time. Then I was promised delivery dates and no one contacted me TWICE... I was offered a $75 Credit, which went missing later... I had to be the one to keep following up. They’d often have my items in stock, but no one called me. Once they put me on hold.. but they accidentally transferred me to another customer!! One delivery was scheduled 8:30-1:30.... they came at 3:30. Every time I called I was told they are 15 minutes away... This was the worst experience I have ever had!!! Everyone I tell says they’ve had similar experiences.. won’t ever be coming here again! I liked my saleslady... but I felt as soon as my purchase was made, no one cared!!! Stay far far away!!!!! I still need a new table and bedroom set. No way I’ll shop here!!!

A very pleasant experience. Went shopping for a recliner with my elderly father. Shawn was very helpful and patient. My Dad purchased a chair and left the store very happy. Great to see emphasis on Canadian made products.
