I got a great leather sofa for a very good price. The owner, Patrick, is down-to-earth and candid in his speech, but he treats you fairly when you do the same. Delivery was smooth, and I got my sofa the next day. If you’re looking for a bargain, this is the right place, but don’t expect to be able to haggle because their prices are already good. Do expect the be ready to pay in cash on the day because competition can be intense with other customers! Will definitely go back.

This is a wonderful place to buy furniture. Patrick goes out of his way to helpful, and you won’t find better prices anywhere in the city. The selection changes frequently and delivery is available.

I’ve lived in HAMILTON all my life and Barton Discount Furniture came to my attention when I was buying a chair for a granddaughter - $200 less than any other store for the EXACT same product! Needless to say I was very happy. Fast forward to today - living room sectional, round dining room table and 4 chairs, two occasional chairs and a drum table - an unbelievable 2660 for all... again I left a happy camper. Don’t ask for further discounts - they give you the best offer right off the hop.

This place was great! Walk in, only had so much money and yet they still found me a couch and a love seat with delivery for only $100 more than what I asked. They also delivered it to my apartment within the hour! Who could ask for more? Great place for great furniture!

Friendly staff. Great prices. Nice stuff. Don't judge the book by its cover or the shelf in which it resides. Quaint little treasure trove.
