The best prices you will find anywhere. We looked around everywhere to all the big stores and even the little ones. Saved a lot of money there. Our friends used our membership and ours parents and we already have money on our account as they give us 2% back when people use our membership. More money this place is awesome

Where to start. Sales were great and service was great. We had an issue with our furniture and we called and spoke to young man named Eric. Eric was sooo helpful, polite and understanding with our situation. He helped us get our furniture fixed as quickly as he could. We sent you a gift card in the mail. Thank You Eric

An Awful Experience- Would rate a 0 if I could because that’s what I got- NOTHING! My boyfriend and I visited parks for the first time on May 28th after buying our first home. We had been looking for couches and purchased a 3 piece set costing us around $1800. We were completely pleased and swore we wouldn’t shop anywhere else to finish the rest of the home. We were told by the salesperson Lori that the couches would take 3 weeks. We were eager to get them as we just moved houses and didn’t currently have any at all. We were supposed to receive the couches on June 16 and we’re not contacted. We contacted the store on June 17 and they told us one more week. One week passes and once again we’re told one more week. 5 weeks after they were supposed to arrive I visited the store only to find out that 2/3 pieces were completely out of stock and was told roughly “end of July, beginning of August but we don’t have any guarantees”. Absolutely ridiculous. As a consumer I don’t care whether or not your system is updated or not. It is the businesses responsibility to keep your customer informed and aware of discrepancies. I cancelled my order with a full refund. The sales rep asked “ well where will you go now”. I’ll tell you. I went straight to the Brick- bought couches and they are to be arriving in 72 hours. We paid a bit more but at least I’ll actually get what I paid for in a reasonable manner! After this experience, I won’t come in to even buy something as small as a pillow.

We purchased a new bedroom,dining room,sofa and bedroom set for my in-laws. The sofa was a custom Decor-rest Sofa. I see why they don't put their prices online for Decor-rest We priced out the same sofa elsewhere and we saved $900 buying it from parks. We were told the bedroom we purchased for our in-laws would be in roughly beginning of April. It was delayed by the manufacturer which we understood.The bedroom was delayed again and we asked if we could just switch it to a different set as this one has taken to long, parks agreed and even gave us a free delivery on the new bedroom for the wait of the old one. Thank-You Great Experience. We will be back soon that massage chair has our name on it
