My review is based on my parents experience. They are both seniors and entrusted the manager only to be taken advantage of. It's a very long story...I'll just say this...they purchased a couch that unfortunately did not fit thru their front door. So they were given the chance to pick another couch which cost them an extra $338 upgrade. Want to know what they did??? They delivered the fkn DEMO MODEL. That's right...the demo model which was stained. They delivered it with the stains. I've contacted them twice about this and no one has had the decency to call me. I wish my parents had taken me to the store. Bunch of inconsiderate humans. I'm not done with them.

Wonderful is how I can describe my experience here. Also the lovely lady that owns the store is very helpful and is willing to work with you on whatever type of payment plan your budget will allow. A sweet furniture store and I'm very pleased with my beautiful purple coach.

We were very happy with the great service we received. Our furniture was ready at the time promised even though the time frame was tight. We could not be happier with the quality and appearance of our purchases. We will definitely shop there again!

Honestly thought it was a great place with good service BUT that's not the case. My delivered items were weeks late and I still have not received one of the items i have already paid for in cash. They keep pushing my delivery date ahead by weeks and they seem to have no concern for you, after you have paid in full.. Extremely disappointed and not at all impressed with this so called business and how it operates/treats it's customers. The sales person named Frank seems considerate in regards to customer service. Ria in my opinion is absolutely rude and incapable of doing her job to the best of her ability. Recommend not shopping here unless you can wait and wait for weeks or months your order.. Forget service with a smile and satisfaction.

I was pleased with the customer care I received. They give you enough time to make your decision on what you want. I would recommend anybody looking to furnish their home, condo, apartment, office to visit this place.
