I bought a lemon. Looked great online and from the front view. Thought it only needed handle replacement. It needed more than that. Tracking in drawers detached at one end. Wood missing..worn off at back of dresser. This would have been a piece I put to curb. Extra costs to fix and delivered. Would have been better off buying new piece. This was an expensive lesson learned.

I like this store and visit whenever I go to Ottawa Street. The store is big and bright with nice displays. Well kept. The staff were friendly to me. Prices seemed reasonable to me. Ottawa St. is great too bad it's a bit of a trek from Toronto. QEW then 403. Get off at Main St. follow it along to Ottawa St. right through the middle of Hamilton....it's a bit far. For the smart Toronto set, I find Hamilton interesting go and visit. Lots of parking on Ottawa St.

Liked it at first ,but once you have been there with items they don't treat you the same. The one lady was just short of beening rude. It better to list it on Facebook market place and you get all the money. We have started listing on Facebook and it great. Also some things have sold faster on Facebook than at the store.
