Customer Experience Hamilton - Upper James - Roberto Ferreira (Manager) At times you need to give the good with the bad. The bad is time spent at two big box stores looking for patio furniture and the lack of customer support, lack of selection and overall disappointment. The good is that near the end of the day I stopped at the mentioned location and right away Roberto provided great customer service. I explained what i was looking for and he started bringing me the selections. He was patient while I arranged the selections and matching them to accent tables etc. There was never any pressure or inconvenience. I purchased the set. He helped load into the car and I went on my way. To recap Customer service: Excellent Quality of my selection: Excellent Selection in store: Excellent Pricing: Competitive Will definitely return for future purchases and also recommended to others

Quality has suffered recently. We bought furniture from them many years ago and it is still solid today. This year we bought more pieces and the quality does not compare. They earn 3 stars for service. Store staff were great to deal with and replaced what was shoddy. So examine everything before taking it home and you should be happy.
