Great store. Clean inside with responsive, helpful, and friendly staff. Also, the printed materials I ordered online were completely quickly and well produced.

The Copy & Print Center did a great job on a large bridal shower order I placed online. There was a small mix-up with fonts transferring properly, but the staff made every effort to fix the errors with a quick (24 hr) turn around. They do seem under staffed, and I noticed other people commenting on this - so this would be my only negative. As I mentioned, my order was priced well, online submission was easy and the overall products turned out great. Thank you!

I have never had such problems with a store! I ordered a calendar three weeks ago, although when I ordered it said 5-7 business days. I called after two weeks and spoke to an employee at the Print and Copy Center who said that "weirdly you calendar got shipped somewhere else to be made, although it could have been made in store". She ensured me that it would be in store the next day. I go the next day, the guy at the Print Center had no idea what i was talking about, had no file with my order on it, I waited a solid 20 minutes for another person to come and check who also had no idea where it was. She eventually found it on the computer later and said it was still being made, I gave her my number and asked her to please call me when they find it. Another week later I get an email saying my order has shipped so I call the store and speak to the same girl who told me it was weird it got sent out, and said she printed it and it was in the store since last week! We go to the store to pick it up looking for a refund on the shipping I paid for since it was not shipped to my house, but we had to pick it up. We hand over my debit card which I originally paid with and they say it has to be a credit card, which I left at home. I have to come back get the card for them to return my money which is just a waste of time! I get my calendar (the one they printed in store) and go home. I open the bag and it is the most poorly done, sad excuse of a calendar I've ever seen! There is an uneven white border around the whole thing, no hole punched in so i can hang it, my name that i added in text on the back is cut off, the paper is damaged and the images are blurry. I will never be using this store again, the staff was beyond rude, not helpful at all, they just kept repeating, "there is nothing we can do". How about you do the job I paid you for!

On 2 different occasions I've gone in to purchase a sale item that was not in stock. I asked if said item could be transferred in from another store (the sales person did not offer I had to ask) and was told yes but they seemed put out that I made them do their job. I was told after standing there for 30 minutes that another store had them and the transfer would take 2 to 3 days. On both occasions, after waiting 7 days, I went back into the store to find out the transfer was never put through. The customer service at this location is sub par at best and their communication skills leave something to be desired. Would not recommend this location Edit: Finally after 2 weeks I have Recieved the item after again going into the store as they did not call me to let me know what was going on. My review stands as is. Sub par customer service
