Beautyrest mattress at brick

Went in on the May 24 weekend to brick mattress store in Burlington, not to buy a loaf of bread but ready to spend $1500 had absolutely no help , sales person was more interested in putting new sale prices in computer. Literally had to stand at counter for 10-15 minutes to be ignored when wanting information on each mattress . She didn't have a clue said reason for mattress having no support on edge was because you don't sleep on edge of bed, to say the least. Was charged $75 for box spring when told no charge, didn't receive any warranty papers . I'm not even sure I was deliver the beautyrest product I paid for. Never again buy at the brick.

The brightest highlight of the store is Ms Monique. Very patient explaining the features of each mattress, taking time to answer our questions, me and my wife, showing us models for coils of mattresses and videos. I came into the store just to get an idea, i had my plans to buy a mattress in 6 months, Not now. After Monique's presentation and explaining to us the amazing offer going on this month, I went back to the store with my wife next day and bought a king size mattress. Great sales person

Monique was great in helping us decide on a whole new bed and mattress set. She was very knowledgeable which helped guide us through the process and pick the right one for us. I'd definitely recommend this place.

We have had the BEST experience with this Brick Mattress store in Burlington. We found the most fantastic bed (Tempur-Pedic) with the help of a FANTASTIC salesperson named Janice. She was more than helpful and provided OUTSTANDING customer service. We have told everyone about our great experience. Price was also the lowest anywhere as well.

Please please please go to this Brick location if you’re seeking a bed that best suites your body’s needs! I received great service here. I was able to describe the kind of support I needed and then try a bunch of beds off that. Often comparing a few beds at once, then trying a new bed to find out why or why it wouldn’t be best for me, It made me understand some important things to know when you want a great sleep. I have issues with musculoskeletal pain, sore shoulders and lower back pain so sleeping on an unsupportive mattress isn’t doing me any justice. I was given options and allowed an opinion and didn’t feel pressured to say yes! The staff was friendly and didn’t feel much different than talking to a new friend. Give this newer Brick location a visit! :)
