Bombay is a good brand to me, but not for this store. On Jun.4, 2018 7:00pm, I and my wife went to pick a table, a young man sales was there, no other custom, he was not busy, just follow us while I and my wife move the table to outside , it was OK that he didn't help, he didn't have to, but he even didn't help to hold the door, while I backout to open the door very difficultly, he just stood far away and look........

I love bombay, but my experience with this store is not good at all...actually it is funny how far people's ignorance can go. Juliette Grant, aparantly the manager of the store did not accept my card to make a refund because it was not the same number. I explained that the old card had expired and that I could not provide that card. She took my my new debit card, took a look at it and said that that wasn't the card that was replacing the old one because of the date on it! I said "wouldn't the date be a bank problem?" She simply said " I will not be able to do it ....need the original card. Well, I understand she was told to do that, but she can't make a refund on a expired card. Anyway, after I gave up arguing, i asked her to give me a gift card for the amount, and she refused to do that. Btw, was never respectfu, I just asked this lady to explain why she wouldn't or couldn't refund my renewed debit card. Bottom line, terrible customer service! I understand now why the store was empty.
