CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! I was sold a $1,400 king size bed frame as standard size on which no standard king size mattress fits. The 4 inch gap between the bed frame and mattress (see pictures) is a major liability as I get in and out of the bed. I trusted the sales lady and ended up being lied to. Overall I found the sales people to be aggressive and with minimal integrity. Senior manager of the store was no different to his staff. Once you part ways with your money you have no chance to change your mind (even if it’s the next day and you hadn’t received the item). Quality is substandard and does NOT reflect the money paid. I would highly recommend to stay far far away from this company!

Sold me a supposedly leather sofa. After not even 6 months it is falling apart. Called them and got the run around which lead me to not get proper service. I fell ill before I can get further... now that I'm better, they are saying I'm too late even though the leather is NOT leather seeing as how I have a real leather rocking chair for the past 15 years and it has not a scratch on it. How and why is this my fault that they sold me faulty leather? Will see what court brings. 2019-03-25: Thank you for responding. I am right now sending ALL info about the sofa...will see how things go.

Salesforce dose not take responsibility and look for excuses. Did not solve our problem. No after customer service. Salesforce is useless.

Great store. Great service. We bought so much furniture from that store and we were always happy with the quality of the furniture and delivery. We bought a bed, matress and a kitchen table set. We also bought coffee tables and a dishwasher. Mr. François Taner was an absolute gentleman and always treated us very well before and after a sale. That's why we go back there.

So disappointed with the store in Laval and the way they treat “customers”. The staff is super helpful and eager to assist when you’re purchasing something but the moment you’ve given them your money, you’re of no use to them. I had to cancel my order due to space/sizing issues and it’s been a nightmare to deal with these crooks since. The first person I spoke with, the manager Linda advised me that I would get a store credit. Not a problem, I didn’t want a refund. I was told to come back and see my salesperson Francesco. I did just that and he was confused as there were no notes on my file, he said he would look into it and call me back. This is in May, I passed by today as I never heard back and met with the director as Linda wasn’t in. Now the story has changed and apparently it’s possible I can only use my store credit on something else that is the value of the item I cancelled. I was told quite rudely that it is my fault I signed the contract and therefore have no recourse because they bought the table, therefore it is my responsibility to ensure they don’t have a financial loss. This wasn’t a custom item, this was something they had on the floor. Now I get the run around again that they have to speak with Linda. My husband got upset when I told him that this man told me it was my fault for buying something, he then confronted the director who responds with “I don’t know why you’re speaking to me when I had settled this with your wife” and proceeded to behave very rudely. I’m so unimpressed for a store that caters to higher end clientele and tries to set itself apart as a high end store. The people working here are absolutely disgusting.
