Attention cab owner please

Very rude behaviour of the guy on call today 10 January 2024 when I did a call at 6:15 pm for booking cab 6:30 pm disconnected call between conversation by saying no advance booking . I never had this experience in Nelson.

I had the most miserable experience with this company.i got chewed out by several drivers saying I had ripped off other drivers. Refused service multiple times throughout a very cold night. I was accused of many different offenses all because my fist name is bonny. I tried to explain I m from Trail that I was not in town at the time of these alleged offenses from a month ago. Definitely a mistaken identity. All they had to do is check with the Prestige to check when I had arrived. I am considering pressing charges for deformation deformation of character and harassment.

Way better service without a dispatcher, seems to forget calls as fast as they come in. I think there should be tests for short time memory loss before being hired, possible cognitive issues. Drivers are all awesome. one star cause I can’t give zero, due to dispatchers terrible performance

These guys will get you where you want to go as fast as they can. Great for customers I'm sure. But if your a pedestrian, cyclist, or even another driver watch out for these maniacs.

This company is an example of why we need uber. Poor service, driver wouldn't wait 3 min as we settled our bill and left. When I called back Bill was extremely unprofessional and should not be answering phones. As a visitor to nelson this taxi experience was a setback to such a great town.

Called to get a cab, we didn’t notice him outside and they left. They didn’t bother to come to the door or give a call to even let us know he was there.

Hey guys better have $10 if you lose your phone and you want it back from these clowns, even if they're right in the neighborhood.
