The car, driver and transportation are acceptable. But the absolutely terrible part of the transaction is speaking with the dispatcher. Sometimes they aren't rude, sometimes they will give you an ETA when you ask for one, and sometimes they won't hang up on you, but don't count on any of that. I give 2 stars because they meet my rock bottom expectations for personal transportation; the cars are safe, and they usually come to pick you up. If you haven't tried uber yet, stop reading cab reviews and download the app.

Took a cab, a few blocks from home; the driver purposely drove way below speed limit [no ice/snow, no red lights, no traffic] At some point he got so slow, I thought maybe the car is breaking down but no... He stopped, rolled down the window and argued with a pedestrian. Once finally near my entrance, he stalled even more for absolutely no reason. Instead of going to the front entrance, I told him he could stop there, at the back. He took his sweet time acting like he was looking for a door? Then parked and pretended to mess around with the debit machine while the meter was still charging me. I always tip, no matter what but his blatant dishonest got on my nerves.

Telling you they send a cab, but didn’t do it! Calling again saying they send one and having to flag it down! Third time and 25 min after I was in luck! I recommend to take über instead

Drivers are OK but the operators sound like they don't want to be there and are extremely disrespectful.

What a horrible company. I waited almost an hour and my cab never showed up. Called twice to check if he was on his way and the operator, who was too quiet and hard to understand, gave some speel about drivers being assigned by area or something. If I could rate them a zero I would.
