Very unprofessional driver

Hi had a very unprofessional incident with one of your drivers. I was picking up my grandma from 635 Canterbury St, Woodstock, ON N4S 8X9 at 4:42 pm on Sunday Oct 3rd(today). I pulled in and one of your drivers was pulled in before me. He was parked in front of the building entrance picking up a fair. I pulled in behind him and waited. I didn't think I had done anything wrong but when your driver was pulling away. He stared at me and gave me the middle finger for approximately 15 seconds. This is very unprofessional and reflect inappropriately on your company. Unfortunately I didn't get the cab number cause I was shocked. I didn't under stand why this was happening . By the way while he was doing this he had an elderly ladie in the back he had just picked up. The time again is 4:42 pm/place 635 Canterbury st woodstock and date Oct 3rd. This should enough to look up who it was and maybe let him know that reflects bad on your business. I certainly will not be using your cab company and will let my family and friends know what your driver did.

My driver was on time and got me to my destination just fine. However it would have been nice for the dispatcher to tell me about the price increase ahead of time. I’m lucky my cab was paid for by ODSP or else I don’t know how I would have afforded this. Therefore I can’t give Kendall the patented 5/5. Sometimes I think the dispatchers don’t even care and that’s really too bad.

Always reliable and honest, always feel safe in their cabs, and the cars are well maintained. I always call kendall and am never disappointed. Dispatchers are really nice too 😇

Would put 0 stars if possible. We called for a taxi and was told there was a 15 minute wait, after an hour of constantly checking for the cab we called back the dispatch and receive a tremendous amount of attitude from the lady, so we requested another cab and neither the first cab or a second cab showed. would recommend literally ANY OTHER cab company

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Called at 12:24am, and they said the wait would be half an hour or less. Seeing as they said “or less†I checked outside every few minutes, and once it was 12:55 I went out. I waited until 1:45. We called three times, they said they sent people each time, which was a lie because I was outside. Don’t waste your time.

Called and booked a time call for 3:30am this morning yesterday at 930pm when I looked to see if my cab was here at 330am it was not I called and was told the driver was on Springbank and would be here in a few minutes 10 minutes later still no cab I had to be at work for 4am and didn't want to wake my partner up to drive me but ended up having to as there driver wasn't really on the way. This very sad that they cant get to there customers when they say they will. Don't offer the option of time calls if you cant be there people have to work and get home and begin miss leading is not a good thing for a business doesn't matter how long you have been in business.
