HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I have never left a review before but have to for this fraud of a company.
Booked a wine tour with them for my sisters bachlorette.... they said they would set everything up - WE DIDN'T EVEN GET TO ONE WINERY! Contacted them months in advance and they call me a week before the event asking where they should schedule tours? I expected they had already done that (didnt get into the place i wanted to go to for lunch because it was full - had they called earlier we would have got in)
Day of: Driver was late and showed up at wrong house (meanwhile I get a call from them being rude saying they are outside waiting)the limo is super old and didn't even have an AUX chord to play music??? We head to our first stop a whiskey tasting (i approved 2 tours that were not wineries) driver tells me he has no idea who the contact at the whiskey tour is and he has never done a wine tour before... they do not schedule time and did not notify that we should leave to our next tasting (the email from the girl said they would take care of EVERYTHING) Head to the next place for lunch only to find out that regional limo had not set up a reso for us and no one was expecting us for a tasting....... so we had to pay. Since regional limo didn't set it up we had to wait for place to set up a table for us (luckily the place was kind and accommodated us) i phoned regional to complain and they assured me everything was set up for the next 2 tours and they would push back timing due to the fact that we were now late. After lunch driver said we would only have time for one more stop - we start driving to next place and the driver asks us how to get there!!! He didn't even know where it was located !!!!!! We had to google address for him and help with directions. Just to be safe I decide to call the place to make sure they knew we were coming... they said the place was closed for a wedding and they had NO tastings that day!!! As were pulling up (see the wedding) and I tell the driver to turn around and just take us home. Girls were upset so we asked to stop at a famous donut shop on way home (driver was nice enough to complete this request but i mean its the least they could do) As we are leaving and I am telling driver how disappointed I am in the service he decides its a great time to tell me that I'm really pretty?? Like what? When I got back from bachlorette weekend I emailed & phoned them to discuss my disappointment - they tried to blame their failure on me and were very rude on email and on phone. I asked for a refund of at least 50% in which they said they would not provide - they ended our email exchange by trying to bribe me with $200 giftcard for wine in exchange for me not leaving a bad review!!! "If you agree to accept this gift, we will part ways, and you must agree that your group will not be leaving any reviews of Regional Limousine, then we will forward the $200"
Needless to say I didn't accept their pathetic attempt to smooth things over. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Regional Limo (Nick & Julie) I HIGHLY suggest that you don't offer a service you cant provide - don't say you can handle everything for a wine tour when you can't ... maybe just stick to strictly limo service.
