I never even got the service done but prices are ridiculous! I always go to Golden Hanger cleaners on Queens Quay, thought of trying Simcoe Cleaners just because they are in closer proximity to my place, they were charging me $12 more for 3 items!!

Started going here when I moved to ICE Condos and still use them now, even though I live in King West Village. They always do a great job, prices are reasonable for the downtown core, and they have also done an awesome job at altering/repairing some delicate silk items I have brought in. Highly recommend them.

Shirts are always clean and well pressed. I can always expect my shirts on time.

this place is too busy. i paid 40+ for tailor service of a pair of pants. But when i came to pick it up. i noticed the bottom is too wide. So i tried to communicate with the lady to taper more. She instantly got reluctant and refused to help. Well, she asked me to pay before i tried it on. So there is not much i can do. Walk away from the place. They have enough clients, and dont really care :)

Tore a hole in my pants 3 times (charged me to fix it) then they lost the buttons on my jacket! They said it was like that when they got it (I know it wasn't) and they even checked the dry cleaning machine afterwards to confirm it didn't fall off there. If you knew the button was gone when you washed it (which it wasn't gone), why did you check the dry cleaner? They did offer to sow new buttons at my expense!!! They are clearly incompetent liars, and I will never use them again. I strongly advise everyone to stay clear unless you want to have damaged clothes returned to you.
