Helped me with my wedding dry cleaning, Excellent service, would recommend.

Terrible experience at this dry cleaner in Soho branch. My £170 shirt which was a present from my wife got damaged by them. All the buttons are half melted because of the iron probably. I made a complain to the store and the boss/owner (also working at Page st branch), Mr Shooman, was supported to give me a call, but he just ignored me and didn’t call me at all. 3, 4 days later, finally I got him on the phone and he said he won't do anything but said he would find a replacement button. I waited a week and he just ignored me again. He didn’t find any buttons and didn’t call me. If he treated me as a customer in the beginning and gave me a word of apology, I would have forgave him because everyone makes a mistake, but he didn’t treat me right and didn’t say a single word of apology to me yet. His store should deserve what it deserves.

I have a dress with a faulty zipper and paid £22.5 to have it replaced at Celebrity Cleaners on Greens Court. After I got it back, I wore it a total of 2 times before the zipper became stuck again. I took it back but the owner Mr Shooman claimed there was nothing wrong with it and offered to replace the zipper again for the "discounted" price of £15. I am not happy with the quality of their repair (if it was actually done) and will not be using their services again.

Nice people, good service, well-cleaned and packaged clothes. My only quibble is the price - it's about 50% more expensive for shirts than around my place in East London.
