People only write reviews when something has gone wrong. I put an expensive Reiss dress into this place as it was ripped and they did a fantastic job of repairing it, for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place and will be using them again.

Completely agree with the other 1 star reviews! Wish I had read them before! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have never encountered such bad service. We were visiting London and staying next door so it seemed like a convenient place to drop off my husband's shirt and trousers to be cleaned as we were heading to a wedding that weekend. Clothes were dropped off on a Tuesday and we were told they'd be ready by Friday (already not a very quick service). On Thursday I stopped by to double check the clothes would be back. The elderly man, hard of hearing with very bad English (not the best person to have front of house!) assured me they would arrive Friday morning. Lo and behold, Friday morning they are nowhere to be seen. He promises they will arrive by the afternoon. I say that we MUST have them by noon as we are leaving by train for the wedding. The guy says he will get them himself and pretends to lock up. Two minutes later he is back in the shop. and doesn't seem to understand my further questioning. Needless to say, no sign of the clothes in time. I went back after the wedding to try and get the clothes, the place was closed with a phone number on the door. Called the number, a man who runs an unrelated shop nearby comes in, takes my ticket, can't find the clothes and says he needs to stop looking and run back to run his own shop (understandably). No sign of anything after 2 weeks, and then we had to leave the country. This was a very expensive, privately tailored suit and shirt which also had a lot of sentimental value - zero offer of a refund or apology. Bottom line, they either lost or stole the clothes. There's another dry cleaner round the corner, GO THERE!

Could not disagree more with the comments below. The customer service here is always excellent and I have never had any problems with the service. Same day service is always on time - I find the comments on the lack of the proprietor's English very disrespectful when actually the gentleman is impeccably well mannered - to a much greater extent than those on here!

I totally agree with Martin Collins and Graham comments. I wish you could give 0 stars to this place. Please, for your own good, avoid this place. My experience: Needed to pay 25 pounds in advance by credit card. The person over the counter knows very small portion of English. I got back WET and UNFOLDED clothes only after 3 days and massive begging for my family clothes as we needed leave London. Also, I did not get back my lovely fabric bag from Seychelles islands that I put the clothes inside. I am so sad.

AVOID!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. Failed to get a basic stain out of two shirts so sent them back. Came back somehow worse. When I tried to discuss the issue with the staff member I was met with a blank look and a less than basic understanding of English. Utterly rubbish at cleaning and customer service. Do not use this place. Update for the owner...your response is borderline Trump-esque in shifting the blame and outright lying. The shirts had no food stains at all...they had some suncream staining on the collars....that's it. And not "old" stains...two days old. I pointed out these stains at the outset when I took the shirts in. I suggest when you "Look into" matters, you do so with a bit more diligence next time.
