Never went there. What is wrong with Google? A lot

Horrible customer service experience that I have to share. I'm a new Mom & I've been a customer here for just over a year. With previous visits I was very frustrated because the hours on the door & online are not accurate. Often I have passed the location and there is a handwritten sign stating that it's closed until 4pm. Or be back in 15 minutes. I have waited for the employee to return and have left due to frustration. Today I went by the store at 2pm & the sign said will return at 4pm. I have a newborn baby & had to wait for my partner to get home. I left my baby & partner at home and went to the store for 630pm. The employee refused to dryclean my item because it was "dog related". He told me that he had a contract and could not clean anything "dog related". He also told me the owner was Italian but a "Jew" and it was not worth their time/money to clean my item. He told me to find an "Indian" and they would clean it for me. I am shocked with the racial comments that were made and I will never be supporting this business again. I would advise against giving this company any business. They are unreliable and racist.
