I live in the neighbourhood and have been taking my shirts, suits and other garments to this business for 15 years. They have performed dry cleaning, alterations and repairs on clothing and bedding. All work was done well. The owner is a soft-spoken, conscientious person who is always careful to manage my expectations. On more than a few occasions he has repaired and given new life to clothes which appeared to be beyond repair. He has extended other considerations, too, without being requested. I cannot address all of the concerns of the others posting here, however the statements about the owner's personality and honesty are fundamentally untrue.

I was not going to write a review put when I seen what he as done to my curtains I have to write one. He is very dishonest and a lair. I brought my curtains to be hemmed up I told him don't cut it he insisted to cut it so I said okay he got the measurements from my other curtains that I had up.when I pick it it was very short brought it back to him fix it after couple of days I pick it up it was shorter than before also the curtain had run he told me its pencil mark which was not true and he said I will wash it , he cut it again and told me he did not cut it and told me he never cut my curtains like I was born yesterday he told me a lot of bulls...t I ask back for the money I paid him to ruin my curtains he it gave me. He should of paid me back for my curtains. I am going to throw the curtains in the garbage. but look at this picture and tell me if he is a good honest man I think not. look at bottom how it curve because he cut it .no happy customer would be writing such review .One more thing he is a devil People stay away he is very wicked.

I wish I read the reviews prior to going. It's like my wool clothes were put in a wash machine with hot water and forgotten about for a week. The stink of an old musty basement is awful - I can't escape it - and trousers have been turned in to skinny leggings....

This place has such a bad rep on Google reviews but I am a devout happy customer. I have had expensive dresses altered and dry cleaned from here and they have always been punctual and affordable. When I moved here I tried to look for a local tailor and found a very pricey one on the Danforth with a 5 star rating and they did a terrible job but the customer service was excellent. This place deserves a much higher rating. Hope you give them a chance.

Please, save yourself some time and energy, DON'T GO THERE! Half a star rating would be over-rated. I sent my wedding gown there for dry clean two months ago, and my mom went there a couple of times trying to pick it up and got refused...their answer was that you told us the wedding was done so we wanted to take the time to clean it. And because we are taking our time, we can offer you a deal by giving you a box for the gown once it's cleaned. This morning my mom went there again trying to pick it up and of course, got rejected. So I called and asked whether it's ready for pick up and what's up with the long wait. The guy working there was very impatient and kept on telling me that he is busy and I need to make up my mind. I told him that I want to pick up the dress today and once the box is ready, let me know so I will go pick up the box as well. Then he said he's still searching for the box! That did not make sense to me at all...my mom went to pick up the dress later on today. Because it was so big and all folded, she didn't check the dress there. But when we checked later at home, the dress was NOT CLEANED! And the crazy part is that the dirty spot is different from what I remembered. Now I'm thinking it's very likely that they rented my wedding gown to somebody else, and that's why they refused to have it picked up for so long...The box might just be an excuse. ..
