Buyer beware, for sure. I visited this business for a long time. Prices are very high and service is unpleasant and abrasive. Expect to have already high prices raised on you, after you have already agreed to a quote. Not something I typically expect... I will no longer take my clothes here as they ruined an article of my clothing recently. When i brought this to my attention, the regularly curt service became rude, and accusatory. There are many great small businesses in the Leslieville, go and support one. If you are in a bind you can use dry cleaning here but expect to get hustled and you are risking to lose your clothing permanently... like i said buyer beware!!

The service and quality have always been first class from cleaning to repairs and stain removal. I have been going there faithfully for 5 years. As an executive my shirts and business attire are important to me and it's very convenient to drop my cleaning off while shopping for groceries. The owner is always bright and cheerful and puts a smile on my face.

BEWARE! I don't recommend taking your clothing here for repairs...I requested some zigzag stitches to mend a small 1/2 inch hole on an expensive coat. When I picked up the coat, I found that a 2 inch HUGO BOSS label had been sewn onto the coat to cover the hole!!! When I looked at the other garments I'd taken in, I found a NICOLE MILLER ORIGINAL label sewn into another coat! WHAAT!?!? WHYYY??? WHO DOES THIS!?!? The woman who made this magic happen was totally unsympathetic. She told me she thought they looked better that way, and that we have different tastes!!! LOL

I have used this service for laundering and dry cleaning items as well as hemming several pairs of pants. I have been very satisfied with the quality of all of the services. They usually check the items over very carefully to determine if there is anything that seems to need special attention and confirm that with me before determining the charge. I do ask what a service will cost before I say "yes" to having anything done. And I chose not to have one thing done (side seams on a dress) because of the cost. I do find some difference in the quality of connection I've gotten with various staff members. The person I usually deal with (in the morning) seems very pleasant. There is one other person I've encountered who seems a bit harsh - I don't enjoy dealing with her as much, but I've still found it acceptable.
