When we placed our mother into Medex/Baseline Rd we had no idea as to what to expect. It was moms first time at this and so she was nervous as were we.Very shortly the Medex crew created the loving environment she was accustomed to and within the week she had called it home. Kudos goes out to first floor head nurse Joan, thx. Third floor Charlie whom hugged my mother every single day, thanks so much. Every one of the staff deserve recognition but I don’t recall your names but know your golden..Cutting this review short I’d like to say if loving and caring is important to you…I recommend Medex!

Good area.but nurses are slow and treat patients like kids, trying to discipline an old person, by making them wait longer for things because of One wanting attention, due to loneliness.and diaper changes Took 30 minutes to attend to. I had to ask staff 3 times.

We had a good friend here for almost 2 years. Every time we visited, it seemed like the place was packed to the gills. I really wonder that the fore marshals don't condemn the place. The halls are littered with equipment and dining rooms are overcrowded. The elevators are antiquated and deathly slow. Not a place I would want to be a resident!
