I am a home Health aide working with this agency for over 6 years. The Agency staff always treated me with respect and appreciated my work. The Coordinators are really nice and understanding. I worked in quite a few agencies in my past and I will recommend this agency as one of the best!

**Updated. Read my response to owner below All of the good reviews are fake and not submitted by real clients. I recognize some of the names. They are aides writing the reviews. Fake names. Russian and Spanish who do not spell very well. Probably coerced or paid to put fake reviews. We’ve used this company for 4 years. The only reason we stuck it out as long as we did was because after finally getting a couple of really good aides we really didn’t want to change. In the last year one of the aides quit because the agency pays aides very poorly. However, this last fiasco was the straw that broke the camels back. The women in the office are rude and border on incompent. Our aide went on vacation. When she didn’t return on the day we expected I called the office and was treated awfully. When you call an office to ask where your aide is they should know. They shouldn’t tell you they don’t know and then act like it’s your fault for calling. This agency really doesn’t care about your loved ones. They collect the money from the government and after that they don’t care. They also will bill the state for days that aides do not show up. Most of the aides are great caring human beings but who don’t know that the company they work for scams the state for funds they didn’t earn. When we called the office to complain about the office staff they ignored us. When we spoke to the owner he heard us out and then decided to drop us leaving us with no aide. We are now scrambling to look for help. I have to agree with the other 1 star review and add that the reponse from the “owner” was BS. Nothing has changed from that review. I would highly recomend using another service. *********************Update****************** My response to Owner comments below. The only part of your team that acts like they care are the under paid aides that you hire and can’t seem to keep because you pay them way below the industry average. The one thing your company did right was match us up with a good aide but I think that had more to do with the aide then your company. The match would have been perfect if I could rely on your office staff to actually do their job and know what was going on with your employees schedules. You never explained anything. You simply got on the phone with my wife heard her out and then drop our service. You left us in the lurch and now we are struggling to find another care service for my 82 year old mother in law who has demensia. You and your entire office staff are awful human beings who be ashamed of themselves. I’m not sure how you look at yourselves in the mirror everyday. You absolutely did bill for services on days when they were not provided. You were fined for it. I can prove it. So feel free to wish our family well. I just hope everyone who is considering utilizing your companies services reads my review and asks themselves if they really want to enter into a business arrangement with a company like yours because it’s not worth it.

In working for this agency for the past 4 years, I am thoroughly pleased as an employee as they treat their aides very well and are willing to accommodate to any restrictions one may have in their scheduling or physical capability restrictions. They are the BEST!!!
