It Should be Don't Care Partners instant of Care Partners

Hi All, Hope all is well. will make my story short, tonight I had conversation with Katelyn (nurse manager for team 6 pager). I don't know why this agency is in the home nursing business it should be in morgue business the reason is this agency think the patient don't have life and have to sit at home till the nurse go and visit them if she feel it. She said the nurses should call patients one day ahead prior the visit, but if the nurse has a day off she or he will not call the patients for next day visit. Even she said indirectly if you need nursing help and assistant go to the hospital near by. The bottom line is all of us should unite for our rights and see local MP to stop this kind of agencies to waist tax payers money. Thank You

They have a lack of training very lazy and very irresponsible and treat the client horriblely the government needs to get to the bottom of this agency and get them proper training before they hurt someone I don't get how they come to the client's home and says they don't know what they are supposed to be doing or leave the client's home and leaves the client in a dangerous situation

Today was the first day with the Psw Belinda! She connected so well with my mother and family. She exceeded my expectations and really cares about people. She came on time and was extremely helpful, like I expected. I have a positive Experience finally about Care Partners thanks to her! Cimone :)

Today started off wonderful with Rose the psw who came to my home. But it went down hill when Suzette the support manager came for a visit. I did not want the visit but she was pushy and persist when I said it’s not a good time. All the stuff they’ve put on their website that they respect your opinion and team work they care high quality care is all not true. When I clearly addressed her having 3 hours of time a day a psw should not just sit down for 2 hours but do light house cleaning. In stead of agreeing with me, she continued to push my buttons saying priority is personal care, time permitting. I said you come here to work. Her attitude immediately she said she don’t work for me. She works for the Ccac. So Lady it’s volunteer charity work then, you are sitting with me now getting paid. The scheduled Time is 3 hours! You get paid in my home. You work IN MY HOME. Before I signed up with care partners the person YES ME TO DEATH. I ASKED ALL THE QUESTIONS THE SAME TO HER! He said no problem. She is condescending and feels she can use her authority to intimidate people. I will update how this goes. It’s the first day! She wasted and hour of my time to say the visit is not complete. She is the quiet sneaky confrontational type. Your in business to help and care for people. Not aggravate them. I’m the daughter who is taking care of her sick mother Dementia and diabetes. You should know they are already stressed, but then you add more WITH UNNECESSARY CONFRONTATION. LEARN TO BE THE BIGGER PERSON TO YOUR CLIENTS, when they were GIVEN INCORRECT INFORMATION.
