Overall, I am severely disappointed in this company. There was only one PSW who helped take care of my dad, who I actually felt was competent and could actually trust my dad with. A good portion of them either stole, refused to do things within their outlined duties or made me wonder about their mental development, often a combination of the 3. I don't intend that that to be vindictive or mean but one psw would cook himself a full breakfasts from my dad's food when he thought no one else was home except for my dad, another kept stealing Keurig coffee on top of being purposely being a trouble maker, to put it politely, since when he works "it's all about himself" and only do the bare minimum so we wouldn't get rid of him. Which is a terrible attitude for a PSW to have.

I have been going to them for 2 weeks now to deal with a health issue that requires a daily IV and wound dressing. Both nurses that I have been dealing with have been very professional as well as personable. They freely share info and answer my questions. I came out of the hospital with many worries and the nurses at the clinic have been wonderful and supportive. Just an addition to my previous comment. I have now been going to the lapierre clinic going on 5 weeks and the level of professionalism and support offered by both nurses on duty there has been wonderful. I have felt at ease and confident that my care has been their priority when I am there during my appts.

Terrible with filling shifts numerous times they have left a palliative patient without a visit meaning he goes without Food and medication for hours already switched to Bayshore they have been awesome we are only with you as a company because the two regular girls we have are great but scheduling does not care and won’t listen to a word you say and just tell u sorry we don’t have anyone ...ughh

Absolutely not recommend to go here. Receptionist was lack of knowledge, unwilling to help, but minding her own things. It was a struggle to get a schedule that fits your need, everything was based on "protocols" and not able to adapt patient's needs. Excessively long waiting period even if you have arrived on time.

Champlain LIN uses this agency and should be ashamed . As a nurse I have never experienced such apathy and disorganization . Elderly mother waiting until 10 pm to get her wound care done and not even knowing if nurse will show up . Decided to do it myself . What a wait if our tax dollars . Will complain but who knows what will happen .
