CBI -- Most nurses are great. Company culture lacks because of EXTREMELY POOR management and organization. Pay isn't great or at all competitive for what they are demanding from their nurses either. They like to cheap out a lot. I have a few names on my list if head office wants to reach out.

I've always had great service from them and I've been using their services for over 10 years.

These people show up whenever they feel like it or don't show up at all at your house. You never know with them..... My mother and my sister both handicapped did not have them come in before 4pm in the afternoon. No breakfast and no diner till 4pm... and the worse is that we pay them to come at our house on Sundays....and even if you complain they still come in at 3h00 or 4 o'clock in the afternoon............ very bad services .... need to adjust their schedule and personnel....What a Zoo

Completely unprofessional and disorganized. I can't believe that this is the kind of service elderly people receive with our tax dollars. It's shameful.

These people are awful. Their 'nurses' are inconsistent and badly trained, they invade my home seemingly whenever the mood strikes them and never seem to do anything other than make sandwiches. I don't feel like it's possible to relax in my own home or go anywhere because one of them could show up at any time. I would expect this service is suppose to relieve burden for the caretaker, but all it does is increase stress. Worse than useless.
