My Mother was only at Extendicare for 4 months before she passed away. She seemed to be well cared for and even though she was quite ill, the staff tried to get her involved in activities and make her feel at home. All the staff I met were friendly and caring and my Mom thought they were nice. I'm not sure how the food tasted but there was always plenty and the staff was quick to learn how you liked your coffee or tea. Everything was clean and they were careful about following covid protocols. Thank you for caring for my Mother. I truly appreciate the care you gave her.

The PSWs are always kind and caring. They are overly busy - but that is not their fault. Dr Tuttle has been wonderful to my mother. I think she's received excellent care overall.

Extremely clean, responsive staff, several activities for residents, in-doors (arts, crafts, entertainment) and outdoors (field trips). Food is good. Grounds extremely well kept. Laundry done well and consistently. Medical team has been very responsive. I recommend this facility.

My Father lived here for almost 10 years and thought the girls we wonderful. They treated him great and helped with any concerns we had until he passed away with everyone with him..even the workers were crying. Recommend it for sure 💜

My mother-in-law has been in Extendicare Hamilton for 1 1/2 years and she has flourished. She is 97 yrs old and is involved in many of the activities and outings offered. We were so worried when we had to move her from her apartment to LTC, but our worries were quickly resolved.
