My experience with Jason has been great! He is professional, trustworthy and committed to helping seniors age in place! I would recommend these services to anyone struggling to take care of their aging parents. Regardless if your loved ones are at home or already in a nursing home, retire at home services can give people the extra care they require! Medications, meal time or baths can all be made easy thanks to this team if dedicated individuals!

I have a 78 yr old father with dementia. We tried about 10 different agencies nurse next door etc. None of them Send properly trained people and you end up retraining a different person every week. It was a horrible experience. Finally Albert Health Services recommended this agency. I cannot say enough good about this agency. From What we have seen over the last 4 months the caregivers they sent are all amazing and reliable. This is the first agency we have used that actually seems to care about there clients needs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this agency. Do not waste your time with other agency’s, especially if you have someone who requires higher level Care. I can tell you from First hand experience this Agency is by far the best, we tried them alll over the past 5 years. Finally, we can just enjoy our dad’s company and not stress about finding people to help take care of him Again. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I Loved coming here for CommunityService Learning VolunteerWork, during HighSchool once a Week on Thursdays all these five Years, Also finished in May 30th in 2013.

This company is the reason why health care should be not-for-profit. Every dollar they take in profit is a dollar that doesn't go towards patient care, and it shows.

My mom is quite happy theire she is well taken care of she loves the staff and she is a parapelegic.

The health care aides are amazing. The director of care is a young woman with a God complex. Half the staff left within months of her arrival, she caused poor moral where it used to be high. Unfortunate.

My aunt, Dorothy Wood, has been at the Grandview CapitalCare facility for a year now and over timeI have seen a remarkable, positive improvement in her condition. From April 2016 to Aug 2016, she was hospitalized at the Misercordia Hospital and she was in dire straits - refusing food, weak and unfocused. In Aug 2016, she was transferred to Grandview and since has flourished, having just celebrated her 90th birthday. She has significant memory and hearing issues, but at Grandview she is included in social events, eats good and varied foods and is generally well-cared for. The work load for the staff is demanding, but they make a point to be kind and interact with my aunt. I do think it is vital that the family be rigorous in their visits because one cannot expect the staff to give the exacting attention their loved ones need - as well as the family can. My personal opinion is that those who blast an organization for not caring 'enough' need to get some of their own skin in the game and see how they can better contribute to making their stay more adaptive and successful. We have had the opportunity to move my aunt closer to our home(s) but our preference is to have her stay at Grandview based on her well-being and our experiences. Kudos to Grandview CapitalCare! They don’t care about their employees. I had to miss work cause of a emergency and the next week they fired me cause I wasn’t at there standards.

So great to have a team of caring people and caregivers care for my brother. I wish I knew services like this existed before. Thank you Amanda and Cathy for the great service.
