My family used the services of C-Care Health Services for about a year and a half. We were very comforted by the compassion and care that the staff showed towards my elderly father who had dementia as well as immobility and health issues. All day long, his caregiver gently encouraged him to drink his quota for the day. He/she kept him clean, kept his surroundings tidy and most of all were attentive to his needs. When we were not there to visit, we trusted that Dad was receiving exemplary care. Two of Dad's caregivers attended his funeral and one was honoured to be a pallbearer. Dad's caregivers became part of our family and we will never forget them!

Kimberly was outstanding during my surgery recovery. She was prompt, attentive, and professional. Thanks to this service I can operate independently now.

My mother has just moved in and you can just imagine the emotions we were all going through. We have been welcomed with open arms by a professional, dedicated team who have gone above and beyond to smooth out the details of the big move. This isn't just any ltc. This is a little piece of heaven in the middle of a great big city.

Ina Grafton is a nice care facility for elderly. The residents feel more better and at home. We are really happy about our choice for Ina Grafton home. When i have any concern i always contact Shampreeti Rabbani director of care. She is a wonderful and helpful person. The home is very clean and the staff are friendly and caring special Nawal the day nurse. She is really great and caring nurse. Thank you for you all.

Special workers , with characteristics that can not be obtained , through schooling , high salaries or special training , it is the gift that was given to them to perform this task. THANK YOU

This place needs to accountable for their actions. Suggest to the management to be aware with what happens when management are gone for the day. 1) Residents don't get served what the menu states it says 2) Staff are on their cell phones while on duty 3) Staff watches TV in residents room when there are TV in the common area. 4) Staff turns lights off when guest are still visiting at 6pm. This is just some comments and also witness some residents would come in at the beginning, who are able to vocalize will eventually not be vocalizing and no longer be mobile either. Would not recommend this place, unless you can hire a private care giver for your loved one.

My dad is still there. It's a very good place. Their only challenge is they are often short staffed like most places

Qualicare was terrific! They took the time and had the patience to find the right caregiver for my mother. She has been with us for 5 months now and we consider her as part of our family. Qualicare fulfilled all of my expectations. Thank you.
