My mom has been a Resident for a year and all I can say is the care services are more then a 5 star they are 10+. When my mom was ill recently the staff reacted so efficiently and took great care of her. My mom got better care then in a hospital. From the Environmental staff to the kitchen staff all the way through to nursing the service was impeccable. I would recommend this residence to anyone who is looking for great service. Mutual respect is the key to their success. The staff are caring and compassionate and go above and beyond for the Residents.

We wanted to thank you and your entire staff for making our mother’s transition so seamless. We have been so impressed with the kindness and care shown to both our mother and us as we move into this new phase. Mom has been raving about the food and how much she loves the residence, she feels so at home. She is very much enjoying sharing her meals with some lovely ladies, she has found this part of the day to be particularly enjoyable. She has even had the pleasure of reconnecting with an old neighbour. We are grateful for the extra effort put forth to make mom’s place her own. Alex did a terrific job on the paint and the added touch of installing mom’s light fixtures has really made all the difference. Mom is very proud of the space she has created, she would be thrilled to have you show her suite to anyone who might be touring the residence, I assure you, it is always impeccable. She has quickly settled in and is now ready to begin focusing on the daily activities. Again, we are so grateful for the effort of the entire staff at Chapel Hill, you have all made this move such a positive experience. With heartfelt thanks, J.B.

Unfortunately the food is very bad. The issue has been brought up at meetings between Management and those living there and nothing changes. They keep cutting the budget for food. Considering each residence pays approximately 4100.00 a month (close to 50,000. a year) there is no reason for the food to be this bad. To try and make more money, Management rents out some of their halls, which in turn, those renting the rooms for the day take up all the parking, this means we have to park in the street to visit our relatives. Went to visit my relative today and ran into one of your new resident, someone I've known for years. She also said your food is very bad. Your reply to original comment says you take these comments seriously, if this is true, feed your residents better food. Residents have been complaining for months (close to a year) that the food is very bad and it hasn't changed one bit. Your owners (All Seniors Care) do not care what so ever for their residents, only the rent they collect.
