My dad recently moved into Bridlewood. The whole experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The folks who work there strive hard to make it feel like a big family. From the moment I first called the staff was warm and professional and you can tell they obviously care. Every single staff member I have met has been terrific! I have to give a special shout out to Luisa, Nathalie and Tanya - what a dedicated, compassionate group - thank you!!! My dad has been there about a month now and he loves it and I feel like he’s safe and well cared for when I’m not around. I would highly recommend this residence to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place for an elderly parent.

Words cannot express our gratitude to the staff of Chartwell Bridlewood for the care they provided my mother during her 2 and a half years at Bridlewood. They went above and beyond what we ever imagined. Despite the Covid restrictions during 2020 and beyond, they took exceptional measures to bring joy and a sense of community to the residents, making them feel like family, while keeping us informed. They showed such care and compassion for my mother as she battled health concerns, giving us peace of mind knowing she was well cared for. Bridlewood is a smaller retirement residence which offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and a high staff to resident ratio. I would highly recommend Bridlewood to anyone considering a retirement home.

My Mom died. The "Crew" here took excellent care of my Mom. (Read that line again.) She was Happy here. Standing inside the front door for the first time her first comment was "Everyone is so nice here". Now while I'm staying here packing up her apartment they are taking excellent care of me. I'm going to miss Chartwell Bridlewood. And to the Staff: Stay awesome! Hugs from me and my Mom.

My dad lived at Bridlewood for approximately 9 years. He passed away at Bridlewood a couple of months ago. My siblings and I could not be happier with the care he received during his entire stay especially as his life was ending. The staff was dedicated, professional, caring, hardworking, helpful, compassionate and so very much more. They cared for him like they were looking after their own parent. I have never seen a more caring team of people making a difficult time easier for this dying man. Our dad passed away peacefully, in dignity and in a home that he loved. We should all be so blessed to pass away so gracefully. The staff also made this difficult time easier for the family. They all helped us understand what was happening and they all will be remembered for their compassion and patience. From my family to all staff at Bridlewood, thank you, you are the very very best!
