My initial visit with Listen Up Canada in Grimsby (with Brad Walker) on November 3, 2016 was great. Everyone was extremely friendly & quite helpful. When I went back there on March 20, 2017 regarding the National Campaign for Better Hearing promotion, Brad was quite knowledgeable on everything already & gave me excellent advice. When they called me this past week to set an appointment for this coming Monday, they were quick & efficient, wanting to accommodate my schedule, as well as theirs.

I've asked repeatedly for a follow up quote after I had my hearing tested, and have not received an e-mail or phone call. What is going on, I've dealt with Brad before and had great service and follow up

I met with Brad and had my hearing test done a number of months ago. He suggested that I might benefit from hearing aides. I thought about it for a while, then returned to see Brad and get fitted for the 2 hearing aides. Brad told me which ones he thought would be best for me and I purchased them. I am now getting used to wearing them and cannot believe all the sounds that I now hear. Brad was amazing and I would recommend that anyone that needs a hearing aide go to ListenUp in Grimsby.
