Very unprofessional staff. They cancelled my father's appointment without letting us know and when I went there they started making up excuses. That blond receptionist is very rude she talks to you while staring at the screen instead of looking at you and giving you an eye contact.

Great experience with technician however they only sell the best so expect high prices. Good place to shop and dedicated staff

This clinic is one of the most friendly, welcoming, and accommodating places I have ever visited. I would like to take the time to share how the existence of this place is truly a blessing. My grandmother was insistent on not dealing with her hearing loss because of the steep cost of hearing aids. My parents went to Carlos Valente for help for my fathers sleep apnea after hearing his advertisement on TV and Radio Guaranteeing a successful outcome. My parents spent $2900.00 for a sleep apnea machine made for my father who during his sleep would stop breathing multiple times an hour and was a life threatening situation. Trusting Mr. Valenta nearly cost my father his life. My parents spent months travelling a far distance to Toronto each week as the machine which would record his breathing through the night was clearly not working. My mother spent weeks with sleepless nights worried and stressed that my father was going to die in his sleep because this man reassured them that his machine was guaranteed to work and help my father. Mr. Valente put my fathers life at risk and now refusing to refund my parents the full amount they deserve for a defective product that he placed a Guarantee on. This is simply Criminal! People need to be aware of such False Advertisements and the risks involved with doing business with Mr. Valente. My father has now acquired proper equipment and help that he needed and is finally breathing through his sleep. We trusted Mr. Valente because he advertised on Radio and TV that he Guaranteed his product and service. He has falsely mislead my parents and the community along with charging a large sum of money for a defective product that could have cost him his life! Stay away!
