Dr. Khanani is an incredible audiologist. He takes the time to get to know his patients. He quickly puts you at ease and clearly explains the steps involved in the appointment. During my first visit, Dr. Khanani went above and beyond to meet my needs. He answered all my questions, and he took the time to make sure my hearing aid was working properly. I was encouraged to call in if I had further questions. Dr. Khanani always takes pride in providing excellent service. Rosanna, the secretary, is friendly and always tries to accommodate you when booking your appointments. I highly recommend you book your next appointment with Dr. Khanani!

I shopped around and found the staff here to be knowledgeable and friendly. They offer a range of hearing aids but I went with Phonak, a Swiss made product . The results have been terrific and the follow up service could not be better.

There is a lot of free parking. Both hearing practitioners (Nick and Carolyn) have been there for many years and are very experienced in the field. The place tends to get very busy. My mother is so happy with her her new hearing abilities and so are her friends that go there as well. I cant say enough good things about this great place.

I had hearing aids once before, but I hated them, and disliked the clinic I was dealing with. So I did a fair amount of research on hearing aid providers, and I decided to take a chance with Bravo Hearing Centre based on positive reviews. I was so glad I did. Michael took a great deal of time to truly understand my needs and to go over my options. I was never rushed or pressured - in fact, it took me 4 months to decide! Hannah also spent a lot of time with me to make sure my new hearing aids were fitted properly and that I knew how to use the accessories. I had several follow-up visits - she wanted to check that everything was still going okay. Katie, who scheduled all the appointments and gave the reminders, was friendly and super efficient. Throughout the entire process, I received much care and attention - thank-you Bravo!

I have been a patient here for some years, and have found it necessary over the years to visit on a less than regular schedule. It doesn't seem to matter how much time goes by, I am constantly surprised by the familiarity with my case. They have made me feel comfortable, and look forward to seeing friends each time I go.
