I had my hearing tested by Mogjan. She was very thorough and helpful. I was so impressed That I took my mother back for testing since her hearing aids did not seem to be working. I would highly recommend Connect.

I was having some trouble with my ear. Booked an appointment the service was amazing. He removed the wax from my ear within 5 mins of sitting down and there was alot of it. So thankful for your help . I would highly recommend seeing them if u need help with earwax

Sorry, I've nothing good to say either about their customer service or expertise. I was told by the audiologist that Costco hearing aids are the best price in the market, but I manage to get brand name for even better price and overall a caring service from another vendor.

Best hearing clinic we have visited! They take there time to explain each step of the process thoroughly, display professionalism and value there clients through quality care. I took my father and we had a great experience. Highly recommended.

Amazing place

After being diagnosed with hearing loss and being prescribed hearing aids I was looking for a closer hearing centre to my home to start my new hearing journey with. After doing research and talking around I came into possession of brand name, currently supported, second hand hearing hearings and asked if Hearing Solutions could reprogram them for my needs. After a short conversation about the specifics on the phone they confirmed that they could, quoted me a price after talking to someone while I was on hold, and made an appointment for me. On arrival for my appointment no one had any recollection of my call or conversation and I was told that in no way would any Audiologist reprogram used hearing aids because it was "unethical" and that if I had difficulty affording a new pair they could provide me with financing options within my means. When I asked how my request could possibly be "unethical" especially considering I was told it was fine on the phone. In response I was shamed for even making the request, told that they could lose their license for what I was suggesting and was treated as though I was lying about what I had been told on the phone. One trip back to my original clinic that was slightly less conveniently close to home and I was told they could absolutely help me and that they could clean and reassign the serial registration to me with the manufacturer so the warranty would be in my name. I don't know what's in the water at hearing solutions but it's nothing good and I wouldn't trust them with my dry cleaning let alone my hearing health.
