My experience with Miracle Ear in Bmt., TX was a very enjoyable, experience. Dr.Landon and his staff went out of their way to make sure I was and continue to be satisfied. As I told Dr. Landon, I purchased my hearing devices from Miracle Ear mostly because of the customer service, his patience, and his eagerness to help me hear better.

Not at all satisfied. I feel we were pressured & taken advantage of. The payment that was supposed to be $100 a month turned into $162 a month. Hearing aids were outrageous but he basically told us if we didn't buy them then, the hearing loss would be so bad we couldn't do anything about it. Deafness!
