Hearing Aid

I had been to 5 audiologists/hearing aid specialists before I found Charles McCabe, none of which were able to help very well. Before Charles McCabe, I had to tell the audiologists/hearing aid specialists how to make the adjustments and even then it did not turn out well. With Charles McCabe, he knew what I needed and how to make the adjustments before I asked and it always turned out very well. He is a true professional that knows his business better than anyone else that I have met before. He is never rushed and always treats each patient with the utmost courtesy. You will not find a better audiologist/hearing aid specialist than Charles McCabe.

Texan Renew Hearing Center is exceptional in every way. I have been using them for the past seven years for my hearing needs and have found them to go above and beyond the call of duty. Great Informaiton. I just came back from the information session that was hosted by Hear in Edmonton, and Resound. I have recently started have some issues, and was thinking about talking with the audiologists anyway, so the timing for this session could not have been better. The event was well run, informative, and I have booked my first hearing test since I left the military. Thanks again for the well run event!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! They honestly care about their clients and it shows every time we visit. They are of course professional and skilled at what they do, but even more so, they CARE about you and your needs. My Mom & I both have our hearing aids from here, and while I am a simple in and out visit, but my Mom suffers from dementia. Her visits usually take a little more time than most, but both Val & Cathy and just so wonderful with her. Val at the front is one of the sweetest ladies, and Cathy has the patience of a saint. :). To say they go "above and beyond" standard customer service is an understatement. They love their jobs, they love their clients, and it shows.

Brought my sister here after a virus affected her hearing...Colleen was amazing - caring, considerate and compassionate! She patiently answered all our questions and even followed up via phone several times after-the-fact. Highly recommend, one of the BEST healthcare professionals we’ve ever dealt with!!

I found the staff to be both knowledgable and professional, as well as friendly and outgoing. In addition, these women were very helpful outside of their work. There was a car stuck in a snowbank in front of HearingLife - both went outside to assist! Jillian
