Both the technition and the receptionist were extremely attentive to my needs and concerns. I find the technition to be very professional and knowledgeable. I would feel very comfortable in recommending Livingston.

Could not believe the unprofessionalism of this place...My Uncle is visiting from out of town and needed an adjustment to his hearing aid. We called all over town for a place that has the software needed for his hearing aid, and Livingston told us over the phone that they had the software. We made an appointment for the following day at 11:00 AM and was there 15 minutes early. The appointment was for an adjustment to the hearing aid. There we were told that the Audiologist (Christin) had a last minute conference call and would not be able to see us. We asked to be seen later in the day and was given a choice between 1:00 pm or 5:00 pm. We had plans at 5:00 and so chose the 1:00 appointment. We came back at 1:00 and was told that Christin was very busy with appointments and was asked if we wanted to wait or come back later....we decided to wait....Thirty minutes later Christin appears and says the hearing aid is all clean and for us to have a nice day. We informed her that we needed an adjustment not a cleaning. She informed us that she is extremely busy with appointments and she cannot help us. She then informed us that she does not have the software for the hearing aid adjustment. She acted as if we were trying to get around making an appointment....even though we had accommodated her "conference call" earlier by giving up our appointment time. Her explanation was "must have been a miscommunication." She was pretty rude and my Uncle's hearing aid is malfunctioning still....First time to review a place...just don't want you to have to go through the same thing.
