My son comes here since he was I believe 4 years old and is been a blessing specially with his therapist Mrs. Vicki that has helped my son so much with his speech.

My son has been coming here for several years. He was initially seen for a hearing test and is now getting speech therapy. Anyone can now understand him and he can hold great conversations. His personality is now shinning and its a beautiful thing seeing him come this far. Everyone from the the administrative staff to the clinicians have always been wonderful, very knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. Never have we gotten anything but the best from them.

I originally had my oldest son set to go in for speech. All the staff was extremely helpful from the beginning. They double check what my insurance was going to cover and what my copays would be. They let me know exactly what would be covered. My son attended for a couple years and then my youngest started to have the same issues. With both boys attending they made it convenient for them to be seen at the same time so that I wasn't going back and forth. In the mist of my children attending the center I changed jobs which meant I changed insurance companies. I informed them of the change right away and there was little interference with the therapy. Again, they let me know what the insurance would cover and what my copay would be. Both of my boys graduated from the speech program and sound terrific. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Their clinicians are great. Business & insurance wise...got taken to the cleaners! In the full year we attended, they almost never had a correct balance or co-pay, & almost never got a business statement from them. Then our insurance coverage changed & all of the sudden we were hit with enormous fees, which I take responsibility for not checking with my insurance for & found out $300+ later. Make sure you keep tabs with your insurance company! Their business/insurance dept. WILL NOT, at least that was our experience. Their business director also has a bad habit of coming into the reception area & talking "inappropriate shop" (I'd hate to have her as a boss) & using "colorful" language heard also by another parent in my presence...unprofessional. I learned it was her after referencing their internet homepage under "staff" listing. Anyway, they're a rip off for what we saw them for.
