About 8 years ago I was referred to SoundPoint by my physician. During that time I received quality care in a casual friendly setting. However, two weeks ago I returned to have my hearing aids checked. The staff was totally new, dressed in lab coats pretending to be real physicians. I was given a hearing test in a sound booth and my ears were checked for excessive wax. I was then told my hearing had worsened, and that my hearing aids were outdated and that the microphones may be repaired at $600 each. Interestingly enough I had a microphone repaired for $50 a year earlier. I was then given the hard sell for $6000 worth of new hearing aids. Last week I returned to my physician who discovered during an ear wax exam that a hearing aid dome was lodged in my right ear (they should have noticed that at SoundPoint). I can hear well now with the obsolete hearing aids which were later checked and are working well. I would advise you NOT to consider SoundPoint for your hearing issues.

They are very helpful and clean your hearing aids and will repai them even if they didn't sell the hearing aids and they don't even carry that brand.
