If I could, I would give them no stars. Ms. Mayra Rico, the audiologist in this facility was extremely unhelpful, has no manners and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had multiple complaints for her about my hearing aids and needed professional assistance. My hearing aids were giving me multiple issues that gave me a problem hearing and even made me sick. Ms. Mayra Rico turned me away multiple times stating that "this is the way that I beleive you should hear." Her job is to assist me as best as she can by providing me with the best service and helping me hear the way that I prefer. I had to go to a different office to discuss my concern and it was fixed immeadelty! I hope this woman is not doing this to other patients! Being hearing impaired is already tough enough and having a person in her position that is meant to HELP me, fail me instead is difficult! Mayra Rico needs to be there for the patient and not the money.

I originally was fitted with hearing aids by another specialist. When I saw Ms Maira Rico for a follow-up visit I told her that the hearing aids did not perform as I had expected. At her own initiative Ms Rico proposed to change my hearing aids to a different style (system). I have been wearing this new style now for 3 weeks and I am very satisfied with it’s performance. My thanks and appreciation to Ms Rico for her knowledge, care and initiative. Job well done!
