When my local office closed, I had to drive all the way from Tulsa to Richardson (Dallas) for new batteries and a checkup, but they were so friendly and accommodating that it made it worth the trip! Thank you for restoring my faith in the Zounds name!

After trying other hearing aids I thought HEARING & UNDERSTANDING was just not possible for me.....until I found Zounds. For more than 2 years now these hearing aids have given me back my ability to function at work and enjoy conversations with family & friends. Since they are rechargeable (quickly I might add) I don't have to worry with tiny batteries or the "conversation" of "low battery" in my ears while I am trying to talk to other people. The customer service has been incredible! Phil Turley is so professional & thorough and always responsive if there are questions or concerns. He absolutely goes above & beyond to assure the highest quality of hearing and customer satisfaction. I have recommended Zounds to multiple family & acquaintances who also agree with their Zounds experience. Thank you for removing the "isolation" of hearing loss. Pat Pearson RN

I have worn Zounds hearing aids for several years and they have operated well. Unfortunately we lost our Zounds office locally. After contacting Mr. Paul Turley in the Richardson Office I was prompted to sent my HA's to him as they needed new batteries and some updating. The group and especially Mr. Turley were very ,very helpful. Their work was quick and efficient. I have received my aids after their work and I couldn't be happier. They perform better than before in that they fit better. In my opinion you couldn't go wrong with Zounds. They truly are committed to customer satisfaction and with professionals such as Mr. Turley on staff your satisfaction is guaranteed Bob Russell Lexington, KY.

My husband and I both became first time hearing aid users a little over a year ago. We were encouraged by our daughter, Krista, to go to Zounds in Richardson, Texas to be fitted. We have now learned that often family members will be aware of the need for the aids before it is recognized by the hearing impaired person. When we arrived at Zounds we were impressed by the extensive testing, the patience, and expertise that Phil provided so that we would have the best fit. Ramana and the office personnel have made us feel like an extended family and welcomed even if we happen to just stop by the office. All this, but yet my greatest appreciation is the follow-up. It was difficult for me to adjust to “noises” such as the washer and dryer or crowds that I found annoying. Phil provided the time to help me learn how to use the remote control to minimize the annoyances that I hadn’t heard for some time in my quiet world. Plus any repair or questions we had regarding our hearing aids was handled immediately. I am so glad that I can hear the sounds I want to hear and control the ones that I don’t want to hear.
