I have been suffering from a high pitched frequency sound in my ears and went to Livingston for a very comprehensive hearing exam. I met with Dr. Owen and was quite impressed with the process. I have suffered a 35% hearing loss and will be getting hearing aids after the first of the year. Staff are pleasant and courteous. Plenty of parking! Highly recommend Dr. Owen!

Dr. Owen is fantastic! She has taken the time to show my clients how to properly put in their hearing aids and also see that aids that were purchased elsewhere are repaired with no charge. Her professionalism as well as the rest of the staff is miles above their competitors in the area. I highly recommend this office to anybody who has concerns with their current hearing aids or needs new ones. You won't be disappointed by the service and integrity of this office.

Took my mother in law here. The staff was great, in particular want to mention Angelica whose customer service was fantastic. She was very patient, took the time to explain options and went out of her way to make us comfortable!

Excellent, timely and very cordial service. This is one of the very few centers (and I do not know which others) take Medicaid. I am so glad I found them for my dad. Everyone in the office is so professional and friendly.

Thank you Dr Haley Owen and your staff at Livingston Audiology & Hearing Aid Center in Plano. My experiences with you have been exceptional. So I asked what makes you different? An easy answer is you care about your patients, but the real difference is you took the time to understand my lifestyle and needs for the proper hearing devices. I changed from another provider because they just wanted to up-sell and fit me into something that was not right for me. Your office treats everyone with respect, but I feel you (Dr Haley) treat me with dignity with my hearing loss. Hearing loss does create many jokes and sometimes is an embarrassment. Understanding the patient's lifestyle allows you to do the very best in helping a patient overcome the issues of hearing loss. Just small talk and suggestions made, allow me to appreciate your unique passion in helping people. I would be happy to be a reference to anyone who has concerns about taking the next steps to better hearing. Thank you for who you are!
