The front office staff person is always friendly and helpful. Wait time for a scheduled appointment is minimal. Dr. Martha Graves is thorough in her evaluation, and she offers several options for treatment. She is readily available for unscheduled visit requests and can make many repairs to hearing aids in her office. She is not "pushy" with sales but outlines the benefits and costs with the various aids. After more than four years with the same hearing aid, I am considering upgrading to a newer, more advanced model, and I will definitely be seeking the assistance of Dr. Graves for that. I would recommend her to any of my friends.

I knew I was needing Hearing Aids. I was initially tested in Albuquerque, NM. However, I was moving to San Antonio, Texas in June and was advised to make an appointment with Connect Hearing, 3023 Thousand Oaks. After my move was complete I visited their facility, and was impressed from day one with Dr. Martha J. Graves and her Office Staff. I had a hearing evaluation performed in Albuquerque and provided Dr. Graves with the results. Despite that evaluation, another evaluation was performed. Hearing aids were recommended and I began my trial period. After wearing the aids approximately one week, hearing aids were selected and foam impressions of my ear canals were made. I am extremely happy and would highly recommend Dr. Graves to anyone who feels they are in need of aids to improve their hearing ability!

Besides the great and super friendly service by all staff, I especially appreciated how they made the insurance coverage process so clear. What they said would happen with insurance was true with no back ended cost that other places were going to do. So, highly recommend for peace of mind and trust.
